It's easy to order your racemug.

Here's what we need from you in an email sent to racemug@racemug.com :

1. Your race time
Whatever the race, send me your time in format HH:MM:SS. If the time is less than 10 hours, I'll simply paint the time as H:MM:SS.

2. The race name
This will be painted down the mug's handle. In this picture, the race was the Florida IRONMAN, written in a font similar to the race's.

3. The year of the race
Typically, this is painted at the base of the handle as 'YY. 2010 would appear as '10.

4. Additional information
Additional race specifics such as the location of the race, category of the race etc. are painted on the bottom rim of the mug. Check out the samples on page Mugs, mugs, mugs! to see what additional information can be included.

If your racemug is celebrating a triathlon, please provide the race times for each leg:
4a. swim time (HH:MM:SS)
4b. transition between swim and bike (MM:SS)
4c. bike time (HH:MM:SS)
4d. transition between bike and run (MM:SS)
4e. run time (HH:MM:SS)

All of this info will appear on the bottom rim of the mug. Same design would apply for a duathlon.

If you don't have anything for this bottom rim, I'll paint an attractive design in this area.

5. Bottom Message
Here is another opportunity to customize your mug - include a message on the very bottom. Please limit the message to 8 words or so.

6. Paint Colors
Normally, I will use the colors associated with the race. (if possible, please send me the race's website link). That said, I am happy to use your choice of colors for the inside, handle and bottom rim. Please note that the handle and bottom rim MUST be painted in a light to medium color in order for the black lettering to show up!! It is helpful to provide a sample of a 'custom' color whenever possible since your 'light blue' might differ from ours!

I'll send a confirmation email to let you know that I received your order and will let you know if I have any additional questions. Plan on a 10-14 day turnaround time, plus time for shipping; I'll confirm this in an email.

Payment, Postage & Shipping
I will send you an email once your racemug is complete. At that time, I will request your shipping address. I will then send you a payment request, via PayPal, which includes the cost of the mug ($50) and packing & shipping. FYI - A packed box typically weighs around 1 pound, 8 oz and is shipped from zip code 78731.
